Present-

Pete Symonds, Cala Symonds

(paranormal investigators\ sensitives)

Tony Chamberlain

(professional photographer, tech and sound)

Weather conditions.....dry but very wet underfoot / boggy in main field

Visibility......clear night but very foggy at times

On first arrival, there were other local groups present along side a local historian

Tony sets up his cameras

Pete and Cala starts investigation, approx 100yards away from monument and away from ear shot, both hear sounds like very close and distinctive footsteps around us, Cala starts to feel uneasy, feeling of being surrounded and being watched.

Approx 1am Cala sees a flash of white light to her left and almost immediately Pete sees what he can only describe as a black figure darting from the left of the pathway to the other side and disappear into the Rhine (ditch)

Tony takes long exposure pictures on camera an captures a strange red lights to the left of monument. These pictures are still being investigated as to what the light source could be.

Approx 2am

Pete and Cala and two other investigators from another group along with historian walk across the main battlefield to where the know activity has been experienced by various people,

Unfortunately there were no real experiences to report only that on occasions around the battle field every person present smelt an overwhelming aroma of sulphur / gunpowder.

Throughout the entire investigation every investigator commented on how the fog rolled in and out extremely quickly. The historian who has been investigating the entire area for 9 years commented that he had never experienced fog like it.

At approximately 4am the investigation was bought to a close.
